Today

Today marked the peaceful transition of power, from a wildly unpopular administration, to an administration headed by a black chief executive.  A chief executive, who less than half a century ago, would have faced systemic discrimination, and a chief executive who is of a race that still faces discrimination from his own country men.  Barack Obama is the 44th President of the United States.  What a crazy, amazing country we live in.

I’m going to get back to writing regularly, but to include anything about what I’m doing in life right now, seems to be a bit, uh, vain on this historic day.
